At Ruffwear, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of dog hair and dirt to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
